Service Description
Our Foundation Program offers an in-depth exploration starting with a comprehensive 90-minute health history session, followed by targeted lab tests to unveil the underlying causes. Concluding with a thorough 90-minute session to review results and craft a personalised wellness plan tailored to your needs. What's Included: * Two 90-min sessions * Two functional tests: >>The Wheat Zoomer panel which assesses sensitivity to wheat, autoimmune disease, and intestinal barrier stability. >>The Food Sensitivity Complete panel assesses sensitivity to 209 common foods in the Western diet and food additives such as preservatives, artificial sweeteners, emulsifiers, food dyes, and pesticides, which can cause chronic inflammation and increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut). * Your wellness plan workbook with resources tailored to your personal needs, including recipes, handouts, recommended books, podcasts and more. The process takes 3 to 4 weeks from the initial health history session. You are able to book your first 90-minute session online. Your follow up 90-minute test result review session will be booked once we receive your results.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate every client's needs while maintaining fairness and transparency. Please review the following terms and conditions, designed to support your wellness journey effectively. Payment: The fee for the Foundational Program is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Sessions: The Foundational Program includes a 90-minute initial health history session, two lab tests, and a 90-minute session to review results and create a personalised wellness plan. Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance by call or email and are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: Once booked, sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session. Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Scope of Practice: Please note that as an integrative nutrition health coach, I am not a licensed medical professional. The Foundational Program is designed to complement, not replace, medical advice or treatment. Results: While every effort will be made to assist you in achieving your health goals, individual results may vary. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Agreement: By booking the Foundational Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
